About the Role:

  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive change.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
