Senior Meat/Seafood Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat/Seafood Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Senior Meat/Seafood Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, store, and grind meats; unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry from delivery trucks.
- Provide a high level of prompt and friendly customer service while assisting customers with questions, special orders, and needs.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment and adhere to our "Clean as You Go" and "Fresh at 4" Programs.
- Have knowledge of weekly ad items and give customers direction of product location throughout the store.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience and 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of standing for up to 4 hours continuously and a total of 8 hours per shift.
