Customer Service Representative

Big Sandy is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Employee in the Energy Industry (m/f/d) to join our team. As a DMS enabler, you will be responsible for providing customer support, processing master data, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone and written customer support (inbound)
  • Process master data, invoices, complaints, and inquiries
  • Product and tariff consulting
  • Participate in active processing of customer requests
  • Independently handle tasks in areas such as billing, market communication, device and energy data management, etc.
Requirements:
  • Completed training or experience in customer service
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 8pm
  • Reliability and team spirit
  • PC proficiency
