Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the HVAC dehumidification industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
  • Conduct meetings with building owners, contractors, and engineers to educate them on the value proposition of our dehumidification products.
  • Manage a book of business of approximately $1 million in revenue annually.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies for specific markets.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and increasing sales in assigned regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
