Senior Scrum Master

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our Fraud Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and delivering next-generation fraud solutions for our rapidly expanding Marketplace channel.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Fraud Strategy team and collaborate with business, risk, operations, and engineering teams to build, evaluate, and execute on business cases supporting investment decisions in fraud initiatives.
- Ensure the success of our fraud prevention efforts within the Marketplace program, focusing on connecting fraudulent activity across both buyer and seller accounts.
- Reduce fraud losses while ensuring enhanced security for both buyer and seller.
- Evangelize the fraud prevention vision and strategy with internal stakeholders.
- Synthesize fraud events and incidents to surface vulnerabilities, analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights, and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making processes.
- Root cause analysis to uncover digital security weaknesses/vulnerabilities.
- Build out business cases and complete ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas.
- Collaborate with internal business, engineering, data scientist teams, and external partners to drive and execute on roadmap prioritization.
- Coordinate post-launch activities to validate that new features work as designed, collect performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Walmart's Marketplace program, growing business initiatives, and key metrics.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related area.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area.
- Experience with Digital Identity and Authentication, ideally in an e-Comm environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
