Job Title: Title Coordinator I

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Coordinator I to manage and coordinate all aspects of titles for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle titles with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with FDI Collateral Management, Custodian Bank, and SFS/FIFS to resolve title-related issues.
  • Maintain quality control of title status reporting.
  • Research and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding title status and updates.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level position with no experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 month of customer service experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of title processes, regulations, and compliance is preferred.
