Behavioral Health Care Specialist

Join We Care Daily Clinics as a Behavioral Health Care Specialist and play a critical role in delivering compassionate and effective treatment to individuals struggling with addiction.
About the PositionIn this key role, you will work collaboratively with our medical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality care that addresses the physical and emotional needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Administer medication and perform other duties as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A current Washington State Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
- 1-2 years of experience in patient care, preferably in behavioral health or mental health settings
