Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Intake Specialist to provide clinical intakes/assessments for new clients at Sound. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing necessary reports, summaries, and progress notes, and incorporating them into clinical records.

The selected individual will also assist clients in remaining stable in the community, thereby reducing the use of hospitals or involuntary treatment services.
