Support Staff Behavioral Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment for students with behavioral needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior plans, monitoring student behavior, and providing individualized support to students.
The salary for this position is $41,040 per year, based on a starting pay rate of $31.65 per hour. As a benefit, you will receive paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology) is preferred.
