Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and redesign of process modifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
- Identify intricate technical challenges or operational hurdles, ascertain root causes, and propose and implement enhancements, modifications, or additions to documentation using established statistical techniques.
- Evaluate change requirements for compatibility with processing techniques, assessing costs and timelines while overseeing the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to fulfill process module specifications and technological targets.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, site management, and continuous improvement teams to support process compliance initiatives or adapt processes to leverage identified opportunities.
- Facilitate long-term continuous improvement efforts to implement solutions for various projects, employing analysis methods such as fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, DMAIC, RCA, work measurement, and statistical analysis.
- Develop operational sequences, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepare operational documentation, including support for labor management and warehouse management systems.
- Work alongside the engineering team and local leadership to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training and development, ensuring comprehensive documentation of standards to aid in team member training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Certifications: Lean Training, Six Sigma Training, proficiency in Tableau or other statistical analysis tools.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $123,760 annually. This range is an estimate; actual salaries may vary based on the applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives.
Benefits: Our benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For those working fewer than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions and access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
