Your Role
The Manager of Intelligent Automation will spearhead the development and expansion of our Intelligent Automation capabilities, addressing the increasing demand for analytics and automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of Intelligent Automation initiatives, focusing on process discovery and building a robust automation pipeline.
- Conduct opportunity assessments and feasibility studies to prioritize automation demands across Supply Chain functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to create business cases for automation and establish key performance indicators to measure success.
- Analyze business requirements and workflows to identify areas ripe for automation and process enhancement.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure the delivery of effective and scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant business experience, including 3-5 years in Supply Chain or Intelligent Automation.
  • Experience in consulting and implementing automation technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with robotics, workflow management, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Certification in RPA technologies.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge of data science platforms.
