Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Professional

About the Role: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include conducting proactive outreach to healthcare providers (HCPs), establishing relationships, and providing value-added services such as product access information, on-label information, and established guidance on patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in an ambiguous environment, and have a proven ability to coach, train, and/or mentor peers.
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $102,101.00 - $145,970.00, plus incentive opportunities, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, company-provided life insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and paid leave programs.
