Brand Ambassador

We are a sales and business development firm that represents top clients in the home improvement industry. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our clients achieve maximum brand visibility and increase customer engagement.
Job DescriptionWe seek an entry-level Brand Ambassador to work closely with clients and customers to bolster brand awareness in the community and drive sales revenue. As a key representative, you will be an expert in our clients' products and services, sharing your knowledge directly with consumers.
- Work directly with customers to promote our clients' brand, products, and services.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries.
- Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement.
- Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and drive revenue.
- Adhere to our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
- Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Brand Ambassadors to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
We are committed to helping our entry-level Brand Ambassadors succeed, so we provide the necessary tools and resources to thrive within our company. Each entry-level representative receives in-house training from our Senior Client Support team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role (not required but preferred).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A willingness to improve current skills.
- The ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally.
- Confidence in presenting information to clients, customers, and teammates.
- A basic understanding of the sales cycle (a plus).
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
