Are you a licensed pharmacist looking to leverage your clinical expertise to drive high-quality, cost-effective pharmacy services? We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Consultant to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Pharmaceutical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing medication choices for efficacy, safety, and affordability.

In this position, you will work independently within established frameworks and guidelines to optimize cost-containment and quality improvement. You will provide evidence-based clinical decision-making to determine medications with the best value for efficacy and safety, applying best practices and evidence-based medicine processes.

Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality pharmacy clinical services, analyzing and interpreting healthcare cost information, developing and providing educational materials, and presenting clinical positions on medication analysis. You will also identify, develop, implement, and track complex cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives related to the provision of pharmacy benefits that impact safety, quality, and affordability.

The expected salary range for this position is $119,900 - $162,200 per year, depending on skills, experience, education, and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15% of the annual salary.
