Position Overview:
The Arizona Department of Correction, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is in search of a highly organized and committed professional to take on the role of Executive Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive support and technical assistance to the executives and administrative personnel within the Education Programs and Community Reentry (EPCR) Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive assistance to EPCR by managing a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring project completion, conducting in-depth research, drafting official correspondence, and maintaining schedules.
- Support the human resources liaison by processing various hiring documents and managing personnel records.
- Oversee the coordination of gate passes and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Engage in procurement activities, including purchasing and budget tracking, while ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Prepare documents in response to public information requests and manage confidential employee-related documents.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions.
- Drive for state business as required and perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of relevant administrative experience at or above the Administrative Assistant III level, particularly in budget analysis, purchasing, or related administrative services.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. If driving is a job requirement, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
