Medical Facilities of America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare center, you will be responsible for coordinating the needs and providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and meet the supply needs of our healthcare center, ensuring adequate inventory levels and adherence to applicable state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
- Maintain supply room areas, following proper purchasing procedures and monitoring MSDS with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate regularly with nursing staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment, aligning with patient needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely supply and equipment charges are communicated to the Finance Department.
- Collaborate with vendors and our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in clinical inventory preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
