As an Intermodal Coordinator at CMA CGM Group, you will be responsible for handling, monitoring, and coordinating shipments for door collection and/or delivery in accordance with established truck distribution percentages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, plan, and prioritize inland haulage according to import/export timetables, terminal/rail schedules, special equipment needs, and client-specific delivery conditions.
  • Facilitate the movement of containers that have been miss-routed and/or improperly discharged due to vessel by-passes, errors, or equipment emergencies.
  • Confirm and manage in-house truck availability.
  • Procure spot rates for lanes not previously negotiated with truck vendors.
  • Ensure over-the-road compliance for all hazardous door moves.
  • Create and issue work orders for the door collection and/or delivery in accordance with established truck rates and distribution percentages.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience required.
