Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Oncology Quality Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective oncology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest oncology research and evidence-based practices to provide the highest level of care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
