Senior Sales Estimator

GPAC is seeking a skilled Structural Steel Estimator and Outside Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with structural steel projects and a strong understanding of AISC standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate estimates for structural steel fabrication and erection projects, analyzing plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant information for accurate bidding.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure estimates align with operational capabilities and timelines.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure new projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel estimation and outside sales.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes according to AISC standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
