- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Vanguard's Institutional Investor Group to establish marketing strategies that keep Vanguard at the forefront of clients' minds.
- Conduct primary research, formulate marketing strategies, and implement campaigns and deliverables.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop best practices that lead to substantial improvements in the client experience, ensuring that business outcomes align with strategic objectives.
- Guide product marketing teams towards effective practices and insights, overseeing their support in messaging, communication, and customer outreach as required.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of innovative marketing plans with cross-divisional implications.
- Utilize various qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Contribute to and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization efforts.
- Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant business experience is necessary, with three years in a leadership role overseeing large cross-functional teams on significant organizational initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated marketing experience is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are required.
