About the Role

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Cyber Transformation Office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our cybersecurity program and ensuring the effective implementation of our information security framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for the Cyber Transformation Office
  • Lead the development of a multi-year Cyber Transformation program roadmap and annual planning of initiatives
  • Partner with security strategy and architecture to ensure all workstreams are aligned to the approved cybersecurity vision and strategy
  • Lead the implementation and operation of the Cyber Transformation program governance model and establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate program status, risks, and mitigating actions to leadership
  • Manage overall program budget working with finance
  • Collaborate with workstream and initiative leaders to ensure the delivery of initiatives are done according to defined scope, schedule, and cost
  • Ensure the program deliverables are assessed against the appropriate controls and processes that ensure compliance to regulatory and contractual obligations
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
  • 12+ years of directly-related or relevant experience with 8+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in information security
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certification in Information Security Strategy Management (CISM)

We offer a competitive salary range of $152,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
