About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Greenville, NC, where you will work closely with our team to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within Mid-Market customers, aligning with our long-term strategic goals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their business objectives and industry trends
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to close sales
  • Utilize account planning tools, prescriptive analytics, and research from marketing to provide value-added insights to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.com experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
