About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Cynet Systems in Los Angeles, CA. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule ancillary appointments for patients as needed.
  • Prepare patient charts prior to appointments and surgeries, including x-rays and lab results.
  • Maintain equipment and office supply inventory.
  • Review and code charge slips for services rendered.
  • Maintain files and records, supporting insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with other departments and physician office staff.
  • Candidates must have 1 year of experience in a Healthcare setting.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.

Compensation

$21-$26 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
