We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our President, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

This role will involve managing client interactions, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication between departments. You will play a crucial role in supporting business objectives by leveraging your expertise in client management and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the President's communications, fostering professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage the President's schedule, including meetings, travel, and project timelines.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, providing prompt responses and proactive communication on project and account statuses.
  • Oversee project management tasks for initiatives directly involving the President, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments (Sales, Production, Design, etc.) to align project milestones and address any client or operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Administration, etc.) with at least 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably with client-facing and project management exposure.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), with a willingness to learn database systems such as ERP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor suited to executive-level interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
