Vitruvian Health Care System, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an exceptional Chief of Oncology Services for its flagship hospital, Hamilton Medical Center. This strategic role offers an unparalleled opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and shape the future of cancer care in north Georgia.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the oncology department, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. They will work closely with the medical director to drive clinical excellence, expand programmatic offerings, and foster strong relationships with referring physicians.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance oncology services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive cancer care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fellows, and residents
- Foster partnerships with referring physicians and community stakeholders
We seek a board-certified medical oncologist with expertise in hematology/oncology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
