Job Summary

As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our document preparation and filing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Document Management: Manage and assist with complex document production, including Bates Stamping.
  • Court Filings: Prepare and file court documents, including traditional and e-filings.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain calendars to include coordination and scheduling of meetings, depositions, conference calls, and send calendar invites and reminders.
  • Communication: Communicate with court staff regarding various issues and provide follow-up and interact with clients, outside counsel, and others as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous Law Firm Experience: Previous experience in a law firm is preferred.
  • Exceptional Organization Skills: Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to analyze legal documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Legal Terminology and Principles: Knowledge of legal terminology and principles, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The total annual compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
