Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the Sales Front Desk team
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Manage employee issues and ensure that all team members are trained on company core values, job roles, and technical and service aspects of the job
  • Oversee data entry and tracking of sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads
  • Research and compile sales information and history for Sales Executives and Managers
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
  • Ensure that the gallery has hospitality items throughout and that all common areas are neat and in order
  • Oversee and ensure the safety of any children accompanying sales presentation guests
Requirements
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (Speak, Read, and Write)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and respect
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
