We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mannatech Incorporated. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Maintain customer goodwill during service periods and promote the sale of our products to existing and potential customers.
- Act as the primary customer contact for pricing, scheduling, and shipping inquiries.
- Resolve routine product or service problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommend corrective services to resolve customer complaints.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of Call Center experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of PC software applications.
- Ability to be detail-oriented.
This is a full-time, regular position located in Flower Mound, Texas, United States.
