Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mannatech Incorporated. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain customer goodwill during service periods and promote the sale of our products to existing and potential customers.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for pricing, scheduling, and shipping inquiries.
  • Resolve routine product or service problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend corrective services to resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of Call Center experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
