Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

CLARK Material Handling Company is a global leader in the material handling and forklift industry, with a rich history spanning over 100 years.
The Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in managing international customer relationships and providing exceptional support to dealers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer inquiries via email, phone calls, chat sessions, and ticket system
- Work with international customers to resolve problems and develop alternative solutions
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze transactions, correct records, and adjust errors
- Provide accurate replacement part information and maintain availability to answer incoming dealer calls
- Initiate and follow up on expedite requests from dealers
- Provide basic technical support to dealers
- Maintain internal group and departmental support for training and marketing efforts
- Proactively market and sell parts by contacting customers and maintaining a log of activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders and requests
Requirements:
- Two-year college degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years of customer service experience or related experience in the forklift or construction equipment industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Ability to handle volume and mix of assignments on a daily basis
- Working knowledge of the equipment in the material handling or heavy equipment industry
- Basic knowledge of forklift operations and CLARK product line or possess a high degree of mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Efficient and accurate 10-key calculator skills
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule
- Authorized to work in the US indefinitely
