PRN Occupational Therapy Professional

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eastgate Manor and Prairie Village. As an Occupational Therapist with American Senior Communities, you will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and promote independence for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment recommendations, to promote maximum recovery and functionality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, participation, and satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor OTAs to provide services under your plan of care.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a geriatric setting.
