Board Certified Behavior Analyst Lead Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Lead Therapist. This individual will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs, working with families and other professionals to tailor treatment plans, and delivering individual and group learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve their goals
- Supervise and train mid-level supervisors and direct care staff on implementing treatment plans
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification
- Valid California driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid)
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
