Salary Range
$49-$58 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
As an Hourly BCBA with Kyo, you will:
- Direct client programs and oversee staff implementation of ABA services.
- Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Communicate frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress.
- Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills.
- A valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
