Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$93,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide:

Responsibilities

As a Leading Autism Specialist at Sunrise ABA, you will be responsible for providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. Your duties will include:

  • Data collection utilizing Central Reach
  • Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCBAs: 30 hours
  • Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred)
  • Complete intake and assessments
  • Parent training
  • Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
  • Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's Degree
  • High emphasis on integrity and ethics
