We are seeking a skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at 360 Behavioral Health in California. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental delays. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
  • Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening
  • Be able to lift up to 30lbs. While assisting consumers

This is a part-time position with competitive compensation, offering $22.50/hourly. The schedule is Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
