Nurse - Cancer Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Nurse in our Cancer Treatment Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class health with human connection.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and interpret patient assessment data to identify needs and potential problems
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve measurable and achievable outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families, recognizing the relevance of the patient's age, growth, and developmental stage
- Participate in department quality improvement activities and demonstrate support for the Swedish Cancer Institute mission, vision, values, and goals
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Oncology Nursing experience
