We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Cancer Treatment Center RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our oncology team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients receiving cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to therapy.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Oncology Nursing experience.
