Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enrollment Management team as the Dean of Enrollment Management. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving enrollment growth and student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Enrollment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment plans to meet the college's annual enrollment goals.
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and manage a team of enrollment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of enrollment services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with college stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to promote a culture of student success and enrollment growth.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze enrollment data to inform recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on progress toward enrollment goals.
  • Technology and Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enrollment-related technology systems, including Ellucian Colleague.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in management, counseling, student personnel, education administration, or related field required. Doctorate degree in higher education, education administration, or related area preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of professional experience with management and leadership in enrollment-related fields required. Experience working in departments such as admissions, registration, enrollment services, one-stop centers, student information centers, records, financial aid, veterans' services, and/or a combination of these units required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills required. Demonstrated understanding of the application of relevant technology required. Progressive experience in a community college enrollment environment preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a general office environment position that requires a background check and drug screen.
