Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Aperion Care Wilmington. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including serving meals, feeding, bathing, and grooming.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Check vital signs and weight, record intake and output information, and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Comfort and Safety: Utilize resources and materials to ensure resident comfort and safety, respond to call lights and requests, and report observations to the nursing supervisor.
  • Documentation: Complete forms, reports, logs, and records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state of practice.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
