About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team as part of a large-scale healthcare merger. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of 1500 physicians and nurses onto our network.

Job Summary

">

This is a 100% remote position, with shifts from 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm, covering soft go live and go live periods. You will be responsible for handling level 1 service desk calls, setting up mobile phones, implementing dual-factor authentication, and assisting with logging into EPIC and MyChart using ServiceNow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 months to 1 year of end-user support experience, along with skills in password resets, ticketing systems, Windows 7/10, and Microsoft Office Suite. High-level customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to triage issues effectively.
