Experienced Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Liberty HomeCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients.
About the Role:
* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs as needed during shift.
* Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
* Maintain accurate patient care records, including I and O, at end of shift.
* Perform other duties as assigned by charge nurse or supervisor.
Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
* Certified nursing assistant listed in DFS registry.
* Willingness to care for geriatric patients and genuine concern for their welfare.
* Ability to receive, understand, and follow orders.
* Attendance at in-service training and staff meetings as required.
