Role Overview:
The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in collaborating with the Orthodontist to develop patient treatment plans and coordinate the sequence of care. All Treatment Coordinators undergo comprehensive training, including initial sales training and ongoing coaching. Successful team members demonstrate empathy, confidence, and enthusiasm for positively impacting patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for prospective patients and their families seeking information about our orthodontic services.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and follow-up evaluations.
  • Assist the Orthodontist by presenting diagnostic records to facilitate the creation of effective treatment plans.
  • Educate prospective patients about our services and how they stand out from competitors.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion while guiding prospective patients toward making informed decisions about their care.
  • Provide patients and their families with essential orthodontic care instructions, health education, and dietary recommendations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere to ensure patients feel comfortable and valued.
  • Coordinate necessary appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep general dentists informed about treatment plans.
  • Advocate for prospective patients to encourage them to take the next steps in their treatment journey.
  • Exhibit confidence and expertise in addressing common concerns regarding costs and other patient objections.

Position Details:
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4-5 days per week
  • Working Hours: 7:20 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Work-Life Balance: No evenings, weekends, or holidays required
  • Compensation: Competitive wage range of $22 - $28, based on experience
  • Travel: Required travel to various locations within the service area
  • Benefits: Comprehensive pay and benefits package
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in customer-facing or consultative sales roles is preferred.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare fields, or roles requiring high levels of empathy, is advantageous.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in computer applications and capable of multitasking.
  • Familiarity with Cloud9 software is a plus.
  • Open to receiving coaching and guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
