NY HOTEL MANAGEMENT is seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor Lead to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our front office leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.
About the Job:
This position involves leading a team of front office staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. You will also be responsible for managing the front office operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial data.
- Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus three years of front desk experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with property management systems and computer software.
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
