Job Title: Right-of-Way Project Manager

At 7 Arrows Land Staff, we are seeking a highly skilled Right-of-Way Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of right-of-way projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and goals, ensuring alignment with the project's overall objectives.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, handle contracts and land agreements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Client and Administrative Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and delivering detailed reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues that arise, such as acquisition delays or legal challenges, and work to find solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Landowner Negotiations: Oversee and direct land agents during negotiations with landowners, navigating sensitive conversations and addressing landowner concerns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, right-of-way policies, and real property acquisition procedures.
  • Collaboration and Autonomy: Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, with strong attention to detail and excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
