Position Summary
We are in search of a Finance Supervisor who will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring adherence to financial regulations through the preparation of comprehensive reports and statements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts for the organization.
2. Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and manage month-end closing processes.
3. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Meet processing and reporting deadlines consistently.
5. Respond to information requests related to financial statements and assist with both internal and external audits.
6. Present and communicate financial statements, reports, and updates to senior leadership.
7. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
8. Support the Controller and CFO with various projects as required.
9. Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capability to read and analyze financial reports.
- Solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations.
- Familiarity with relevant financial software, such as Ottimate and PlateIQ, is preferred.
