Job Summary

Expedia Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. As an Account Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our lodging partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our lodging partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner/client success, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility to travel for partner visits and meetings
