Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Aide to join our team at TDL Staffing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, behavior health, and social services, with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Closely monitor resident behavior and document observations and problems.
- Monitor usage of resident medication and provide assessments on individual and group skills development.
- Ensure maintenance of safety and sanitary conditions in client apartments, including teaching or assisting as necessary.
- Perform housekeeping chores in staff office, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas, including laundry and meal prep.
- Cook dinner for residents and help plan evening events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Background check will be conducted.
This is a full-time position with pay starting at $22-$24/HR Depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work any day of the week, with available shifts being 4pm-midnight or midnight -8am.
