Mobile Crisis Team Clinician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinician II to join our Mobile Crisis Team in Fairbanks, Alaska. As a member of our team, you will provide on-demand crisis services to individuals in need, responding to 911 calls and assessing needs to determine appropriate levels of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in crisis
- Assess needs and risk to determine appropriate levels of care
- Coordinate care with existing treatment providers and refer clients to necessary services
- Complete medical record documentation of client activities
- Participate in weekly team meetings and utilize clinical supervision
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other recognized mental health discipline
- Licensed in Alaska as a social worker, psychologist, or other mental health professional
- Experience conducting safety assessments, mental health assessments, and evidence-based clinical inventories
- Valid Alaska driver's license and clean 5-year driving record
