We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Associate to join our team at the Developmental Medicine Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Division Director, Division Program Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Chief, ensuring the smooth operation of the Division office and related functions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and order supplies and equipment.
- Process reimbursement for Division faculty and staff, and serve as the initial contact point for Clinical Research Lab (CRL) related requests.
- Maintain a database of small-funding opportunities and update research resources on the website and other internal online platforms.
- Provide support for faculty on publications, including literature reviews and publication formatting.
- Track scientific publications and presentations in the Division, and create reports.
- Assist with data entry and training for faculty in updating Digital Measures.
- Update and maintain external and internal research communication, including website content and research study recruitment postings.
- Compile periodic reports and other information as needed, and assist with maintenance of the Division REDCap database.
- High-school or GED diploma
- 2 years of related experience
