Position Details:

We are expanding our team in response to anticipated retirements and growth in our practice.

We are looking for a skilled Tax Manager with expertise in 1040 & Business Tax, possessing the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Specialization in taxation for closely held businesses and pass-through entities
- Proven success in public accounting
- Strong client relationship management and advisory skills
- Active participation in marketing and firm promotion initiatives
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess Suite (Tax, Workflow, Document) and CCH PFX Suite (Engagement, Practice Management, Scan workstation, and Scan Funnel) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work in-office or in a hybrid capacity, with a dedication to firm culture
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master of Taxation preferred
- Current CPA license or Enrolled Agent status required
