Job Title: Senior Contract Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Analyst to join our team at Amyx, Inc. in Falls Church, VA. The successful candidate will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in executing and operating the Department of Defense's (DoD) medical mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional knowledge of all phases of acquisition management, including price and cost analysis, fact-finding, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Federal and DoD contracting principles, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Ability to provide expert technical advice, staff coordination, and consultation to foster the development of guidelines and implement new developments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Products, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in a relevant field, including 24 semester hours of coursework in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct Federal procurement experience, including 5 years as a Federal government employee in the 1102 series (or equivalent) as a contract specialist or procurement analyst.
